Four fronts of work

Each front answers a different kind of decision, but all of them start from the same standard: stay until the implementation actually works.

01 — Innovation

Innovation and Institutional Transformation

More than 20 years as adviser to Santo Domingo Cyber Park (PCSD) and 10 years as Northern Region Director at the Institute of Technology of the Americas (ITLA). That track record is what I bring to the table: how an institution actually moves internally, what holds it back, and what it takes for an innovation plan to stop being a document.

Training in Quality Management (Japan, 2005) and in Technology and Innovation Management (South Korea, 2011), together with a Master's Degree in Educational Management, gives that work method and not just experience.

Scope

  • Institutional innovation strategy
  • Support for technology and innovation ecosystems
  • Management of educational and technical training institutions
  • Quality management applied to institutional operations
02 — Artificial intelligence

AI Applied to Business Processes

Practical adoption of artificial intelligence in organisations. The starting point is not the tool but the process: where the decision is made, what information supports it, and at which point AI contributes something verifiable.

The engagement runs from strategy through to real implementation, alongside the team that will operate it afterwards.

Scope

  • Assessment of processes and AI opportunities
  • Definition of the adoption strategy
  • Implementation within business processes
  • Support for the team during roll-out
03 — Leadership

Leadership and Innovation Coaching

I work with leaders and teams who have to drive innovation inside their own organisation. Before any methodology comes the decision: without a genuine intention to change, change does not happen. No tool and no plan substitutes for that starting point.

Everything else is built from there: the real capacity to lead a transformation process and sustain it over time.

Scope

  • Leadership coaching
  • Support for teams in innovation processes
  • Leadership development for institutional transformation
04 — Law

Technology and Innovation Law

Legal advice for organisations that operate with technology: the intangible assets, the data and the regulatory frameworks that hold the operation together. Bringing legal judgement in from the start is what allows decisions to be made knowing where the risk sits, rather than discovering it later.

This includes expert analysis and digital evidence work in technology disputes.

Scope

  • Legal advice on technology
  • Intellectual property
  • Data protection
  • Expert analysis and digital evidence for technology disputes
